Spend your holiday on the Baltic Sea on the island of Rügen in our double rooms, holiday apartments, and studios – all just 300 meters from the beach. Enjoy relaxing days by the sea with sun, wind, and waves on this beautiful island.

The R&R Hotels & Villen operate three hotels and four charming villas in the style of traditional resort architecture in the Baltic Sea resort of Baabe, offering double rooms and apartments.

In addition, we offer high-quality holiday apartments for 2–6 guests. These apartments feature fully equipped kitchenettes and are available for self-catering, including final cleaning.

Check-In / Check-Out

Depending on the season, check-in (standard from 4:00 PM) and check-out (until 11:00 AM) are handled at either the neighboring R&R Strandhotel Baabe or the R&R Hotel Störtebeker. All of our properties in Baabe are located very close to each other and can be easily reached on foot. For check-in, please use the designated hotel check-in parking area.

Parking

Paid private parking is available either directly at the property or within walking distance. Advance reservation is required.

Biking

Bicycle racks are available at each villa. Please note that they are not covered.

Reception

The reception of our neighboring hotel is available 24/7 to assist you at any time.

Lift

Some of our properties have a lift, while others do not. Since our room categories are spread across several buildings, we cannot guarantee a property with a lift. If you have mobility limitations, please let us know in advance – we will do our best to accommodate your needs.

Please note that pets are not allowed in our villas.

Villa Strandläufer

Villa Strandläufer, located at Strandstraße 23, offers 20 comfortable double rooms, one-room apartments, and two-room apartments. Each unit is equipped with a double bed or two single beds, a seating area, safe, and flat-screen TV. Complimentary Wi-Fi is available throughout. From the balconies, you can enjoy a wonderful view of Strandstraße – the bustling promenade and boulevard of the Baltic Sea resort, lined with charming shops, restaurants, and cafés.

On the ground floor, you’ll find a jewelry store featuring a variety of fashion accessories.

Villa Seeadler

Villa Seeadler, located at Strandstraße 25, offers 16 comfortable double rooms, one-room apartments, and three-room apartments. Each unit is equipped with a double bed or two single beds, a seating area, safe, and flat-screen TV. Complimentary Wi-Fi is available throughout. From the balconies, you can enjoy a wonderful view of Strandstraße – the lively promenade and boulevard of the Baltic Sea resort, lined with charming shops, restaurants, and cafés.

On the ground floor, you’ll find Café Strandkorb, designed in the style of a traditional beach cart bath with beautiful wall murals. Enjoy delicious homemade cakes, tarts, and ice cream in a charming and relaxed atmosphere.

Villa Neptun

Villa Neptun, located at Strandstraße 36, offers 16 comfortable one-room apartments. Each unit is equipped with a double bed or two single beds, a seating area, safe, and flat-screen TV. Complimentary Wi-Fi is available throughout. From the balconies, you can enjoy a wonderful view of Strandstraße – the lively promenade and boulevard of the Baltic Sea resort, lined with charming shops, restaurants, and cafés.

On the ground floor, you’ll find the “Beiboot” shop, offering carefully selected home accessories and many beautiful items.

Villa Mönchgut

Die 2019 neu errichtete Villa Möchgut erwartet Sie im Göhrener Weg mit je zwei modernen  2-und 3 Raum-Ferienwohnungen. Alle Einheiten sind ausgestattet mit Doppelbett, Sitzecke mit Sofa, Safe, Flachbild-TV und top ausgestatteter Küche. Kostenloses WLAN steht zur Verfügung. Von den Balkonen haben Sie einen wundervollen Blick auf den Eingang zur Baaber Heide oder zur Strandstraße, Bummelmeile und Boulevard des Ostseebades mit zahlreichen kleinen Geschäften und Restaurants und Cafés.
